Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Certain items, such as perishable goods or personal care products, are non-returnable for health and safety reasons. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@ezytopis.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- In cases where the item is damaged or incorrect, GreenEarth Store will cover the return shipping costs.
